Presstinger provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help individuals and businesses manage their social media presence. Services include, but are not limited to, content scheduling, AI-powered content generation, bulk posting, RSS feed automation, team collaboration, analytics and reporting, and managing multiple social media accounts.
Registration: To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@presstinger.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content and activities associated with your account, including the content posted to your connected social media profiles.
Plans: Our Services are offered under various subscription plans (e.g., Free, Basic, Standard, Premium), which may have different features and pricing.
Billing: By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis as selected during purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew for the same billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Payment: All financial transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card information. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our payment processors.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription plan prices at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it and that it does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy) or any applicable laws.
Our Services allow you to connect and post content to third-party social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. Presstinger is not responsible or liable for:
The availability, practices, or policies of these third-party platforms.
Any content you post to these platforms using our Services.
Any actions, suspensions, or terminations of your social media accounts by these platforms.
You are responsible for complying with all third-party platform terms.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
Transmit any viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content), including our website, brand name, logo, and the underlying software and technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Presstinger and its licensors.
By You: You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@presstinger.com.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated User Content. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
"AS IS" BASIS: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRESSTINGER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Presstinger and its employees, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
